Brett carried out a CCTV inspection of our drains to check for any issues.
He arrived early, was very knowledgable and carried out a thorough inspection, taking care not to damage and return all covers back in place.

Another great job from Brett. Will not let anyone near our pipes again! We contacted him after a portion of our wall had become damp and the plaster/sand combo had run out of the cracks. He diagnosed the problem of a loose nut on the pipework of a shower behind a tiled wall, removing the minimal amount of tiles, leaving no mess after finishing. Always a pleasure, but we hope not to see you again until we need our next bit of home improvement doing 😂

Bret responded to my enquiry quickly and booked in as soon as possible. Arrived promptly, keeping me informed of arrival time. Bret was soon able to suss out the issue with my downstairs loo, possible leak, not flushing in a jiffy, and even took the time to advise me about a different issue while here.

Top notch quality again from Brett. After previously visiting to re-seal a shower unit we asked about his availability to come and fit an outdoor tap for us and He was able to get us in within a few days. Brett Worked tidily, safely and explained how it would be done without any technical jargon and is always polite. We won’t use anyone else for our plumbing needs from now on. We heard of Brett through social media after his generosity helping out the lady in need, and decided to use him to install a radiator in a nursery for our soon-to-be-born son. He was polite, prompt and knowledgeable, did the job to an excellent standard and helped us out with some other bits too. Excellent service for a very reasonable price. Important to be honest, I haven’t yet used BK Plumbing (although fully intend to from now on). I called Brett about 8:45 Thursday morning, he came to look that evening, after establishing a new tap was needed I order tap that night, came the following day, Brett came same evening and installed. Wasn’t long either. Thoroughly happy with service and will be in touch if anything else needed! Highly recommend!!

I contacted BK Plumbing on behalf of an Elderly lady and Mr Knowles said he would be with her as soon as possible, he arrived within about 30 mins, and found the problem, and did the necessary repairs to get the leak repaired, checked everything was working properly and left the bathroom tidy when he had finished. The price he charged was more than fair especially for a call out on a Saturday afternoon. I would highly recommend Mr Knowles he was beyond helpful.
